The Last Sane Entry of the Grimoire of Thade
By Dragonstorm_75

So I came to the mirror,
My eyes were quite deceived,
Though what at first didn't matter,
With shock was now received.
Maybe my obsession,
Just got the better of me?

One eye was big and swollen,
Fur was patchy and rough,
I looked well nigh broken,
Worse, my voice was now quite gruff.
The castle was my bastion,
Abandoned, cold, and slimy.

Maddened by that puzzle,
A servant brought one day,
My mind began to spiral,
And began to go astray.
By a single, confusing question,
Absent of an answer -- a key.

Months did pass to years,
And with years came decades too,
Soon did droop my ears,
And Eliv Thade was made anew.
My eyes became now crimson,
Undeath made me angry!

In anagrams I spoke now,
Haunted by the riddle,
That forever furrowed my brow,
And gave madness to my cackle.
In the end it was the poison,
That consumed me to the core...

The Sea's Wild Daughter
By Faerangirl

The rushing sea calls you
and I am left here alone.
With scales glinting
in moonlight and mane rippling
in sea-breeze you swim away,
leaving me with only a memory.

My dreams fill
with visions of deep sea
that was echoed in your blue eyes.
I hear your soft breath in the wind
coming off the sea.

We are separated
by sea and land,
my feet and your tail,
but for a moment
our hearts met in friendship at the shore.

These waves lapping,
it is only the sea calling you home.
This beating,
it is only my heart calling
for you to remain.
But the sea is louder,
taking you where I cannot follow,
to a place only Peophins can know.

Atlas of the Ancients - Chapter 3
By Chimp_chicken_fish

Woe is the elderly fisherman!
The one who was swept to sea.
Clara and Roxton find him,
Just in time, fortunately.
The waves are oddly rough today,
Jordie and fisherman agree.
Clara consults the tome again --
Let's go to Altador's observatory!
Contentions arise when the plan falls through,
Roxton and Clara argue what to do.
Jordie runs off on another quest,
At this point, no one's impressed.
"The selfless hunter remains," the tome states true,
"One step ahead of the wanderer."
What a weird clue!
"And the Guardian of the Dawn..."
The extract finishes here.
Help the company find their clues,
Before Neopia's time disappears!

Lessons of the Techo Master
By Anjie

Take a breath, sit back, unwind,
Let Techo wisdom free your mind.
Look within the jungle's sphere,
The Techo Master teaches here.
His lessons, though, cannot begin,
Until you find your peace within.

Brave pets are taught, not simply found,
A message given, so profound.
The Master holds great wisdom, true,
But will he share his words with you?
To be a hero seems your quest,
It's him you need to reach this test.

Serene, the gleam in vibrant gaze,
Within those orbs does wisdom blaze.
His staff held ready, at his side,
In quests for knowledge, he's your guide.
No battle realm you'll seek to rule
Is won without time at his school.

The ancient Master, strong and wise,
Still holds that fire in his eyes.
You cannot battle, this is true,
Until your soul finds balance, too.
Such secret wisdom, you might find,
Within the depths of Techo's mind.

Challenge the Master
By Fanlia

Every November from the ninth year,
A stirring occurs in the Games Room.
"What could it be?" a Bruce asks.
He makes out a faint outline in the gloom.

The master sitting in his floating chair,
Marvelling at his pitiful adversary.
He scoffs at those who dare challenge him,
And their pathetic choice in vocabulary.

His partner in crime: Abigail, his sister,
Second only to her accomplished brother.
Her innocent appearance deceiving many,
Championing above one and above another.

Alas, but what is this? Could it be
That AAA, Games Master, has been defeated?
Cowering from his opponent's presence,
He crawls to bed for rest sorely needed.
