His shows are always worth the wait.

The Great Blurendo's shows are a big hit,
But deep down even he has to admit,
His audiences always seem to laugh,
When his tricks end in a gaffe,
But the entertaining Blumaroo will never quit!

Even when his magic goes astray,
And his tricks just end in utter dismay,
Entertainment is still his goal,
So with the punches The Great Blurendo rolls,
And he deserves to have a Happy Blumaroo Day!

Ode to Aristotle A. Avinroo

Known as Aristotle A. Avinroo
Has this year put together
A fun Daily Dare challenge, just for you!

Though AAA is clearly the best
At all the games in the land,
He makes some challenges a bit easier,
Just to lend you a hand.

That AAA, with his dashing good looks,
And winning personality,
Is also definitely very athletic
And full of most impressive vitality.

He's modest and generous,
And really, really smart.
Did you know his IQ
Is totally off the charts?

He's definitely NOT egotistical;
In fact, he's quite humble.
He's always nice to his younger sister
And never causes any trouble.

Yes, that AAA is really something;
A really wonderful Blumaroo.
If you're ever lucky enough to meet him,
There's no doubt you'll think so, too.

Blumaroo Day with King Roo

I meet the King of Roo Island,
Who prances a playful dance--
He offers me some dice and says,
“Fancy a game of chance?”

I toss a die in desperate hope,
With many ‘pets to feed--
King Roo sees the Arrow and says,
“This means that you proceed!”

I roll again and hold my breath,
Hoping to stay alive--
“You nearly had a Game Over,
But managed to survive!”

A few more rolls, and I get tense--
I felt like I might cry--
For after some more close calls, I--
I get to the fifth die!

I can’t believe I got this far!
The Jackpot’s within reach--
“The Pant Devil attacks and steals
Your Chocolate Smothered Peach!”

The Chocolate Blumaroo

Icing, whipped cream, and cherries, too,
How delicious it is to be a Chocolate Blumaroo;
Shake out a few sprinkles on ears of brown,
And voila, you're set -- a Choco Blum is in town!

It's wonderful, and fun, to be so delicious,
But if you go Choco, do stay suspicious:
Friends may say, "Come over for tea!"
But *you* may be the one served at the party!

Cakes, sweets, trays piled high,
And in the middle of the table, 
A spot for you, my guy,
So caution when you receive those invitations,
Keep a wary eye, and remember the foundations:

Friends don't eat friends, and what's more, they care
That today's Blumaroo Day, and will celebrate with flair,
They'll keep it fun and keep it sweet,
Just remind them, dear, that you aren't to eat!

Blumaroo Court Jester

A tireless Blumaroo,
Steadfast in his duty,
To a grumpy old king,
Who is always moody,
As the entertainer,
Of a regal household,
With a loud complainer,
Despite a vault of gold.

Clad in vibrant attire,
He sings and he dances,
But no jester prior,
Had as many chances,
To make the old king laugh,
In total hysterics,
Now the king's favored staff,
He's quite hilarious.

The Light-Hearted Blumaroo

With a spring in her step,
The blumaroo steps out,
It’s time to prepare her home,
For the annual hangout!

She sets up a whimsical table,
With some baked goods and tea,
It will be a lovely time,
In the breeze, under the tree.

Skipping to the gardens,
She gathered some flowers –
What a pastel palette,
And danced in petal showers.

Her Blumaroo friends trickled in,
Dress to the nines, 
“Happy Blumaroo Day!” they rejoiced,
It’s a day to remember – so fine!

That Crazy Creature: A Blumaroo's Lament

The pterodactyl chases me
As I am springing from
One pillar to the next. I flee
From monstrous teeth and gums.

A Blumaroo is easy prey,
As pondered by this beast.
I hope to keep his wrath at bay,
My body in one piece!

No, really. If I lose my tail,
I'm unable to bounce,
And then the creature will prevail.
He'll be so quick to pounce!

Oh, hopefully I'll reach the end
Of jumping so mundane.
'Till then, the pillars are my friends---
The beast is so insane.

The Blumaroo Squire

Fair day to you, kind traveller, 
They call me Blumaroo Squire. 
A Green Lupe, have you bychance seen,
My knight and wisest sire? 
If you haven't, worry not, 
I'll await here by this tree. 
Would you care to pass the time, 
And swap some tales with me? 

The knights have many swords and shields, 
Easily torn, bright capes. 
Their loyal steeds require care, 
Their chainmail kept in shape. 
My list of chores and tasks assigned 
Are endless, day to day. 
I sharpen, polish, groom, and shine, 
Train swordplay by the brae.

Valiant are the finest knights, 
The call to arms may always sound. 
To each I'll attend, so they may ride 
Toward the battleground. 
Armour silver, helmets strong, 
The Unis ready to journey. 
Four hours' worth of polishing, 
Five minutes at the tourney. 

But one day, a knight I'll be, 
This truth I've always known. 
I'll proudly fight for Meridell, 
With a squire of my own. 
King Skarl himself will call me forth, 
I'll swear the oath by knee. 
A squire no longer, that's the dream, 
Sir Blumaroo I'll be.

Joys of Blumaroo Day

Whose tail is that hitting me?
Why it's a Blumaroo's I see!
I turn to face them with a smile,
and ask them if they'd stay a while.

For it's Blumaroo Day today,
and the celebrations are underway!
They give their tail a shake,
and bounce away towards the cake.

They're joyful, happy and sweet,
Bouncing without missing a beat.
After cake and lots of sleep,
Sweet dreams come as they count sheep.

A Proud Blumaroo

I’ve travelled Neopia far and wide,
Befriended strangers on the road,
Some were shy, others quite proud,
This one particular with wit bestowed.

I’m talking of a young Blumaroo,
Who claimed to master the Games Room,
He went by Aristotle A. Avinroo,
And played until the hours of gloom.

“Put me to the test!”,
He boasted with jest.
I doubted his talents,
And accepted the challenge.

He thought my odds slim,
But his guess was faulty,
For when I beat him,
His mood soon turned salty.

“You must have cheated!”
Was all he could utter,
For he was defeated,
By this old nutter.

Finally, he kept quiet,
This proud Blumaroo,
A moment of silence,
For a minute or two.

Famous Blumaroos

Yellow jelly Blumaroo jumping in the sun
Happy tasty Blumaroo lives a life of fun
All day and all night he just loves to bounce
Spring through winter just watch him pounce

There is another who plays games with dice
Gambling is this Blumaroo’s vice
His name is Von Roo and he lives in a castle
Being a die playing vampire can be quite a hassle

AAA however is the master of the game
Earning the top scores is how he earned his fame
Challenge him and victory shall be yours
Don’t go after this Blumaroo’s score unless you’re sure

Be warned though not all Blumaroos are nice
Commander Garoo is one to despise
He works for Sloth and will do whatever it takes
Don’t cross him, he will for sure seal your fate

On an island of games and toys.
Where the sun is out, and never a shower;
The Games Room is full of people and noise.

King Roo is the leader of all the Roos,
A shiny gold crown upon his head.
An island designed for one’s amuse,
Where playing games is widespread.

King Roo owns a special enterprise,
Known to many simply as Dice-a-roo.
Winning the jackpot is the best prize,
If you make it all the way through.

You have to pass the red die first,
Followed by blue, green and yellow.
Getting the skull is the absolute worst;
Visited often by a travelling fellow.

King Roo is looking for a new game,
Offered to citizens and tourists to play.
Will he ever find a better claim to fame?
Everyone wonders, on this Blumaroo Day.

Today's for a species with plenty of love,
The Blumaroo fits us all like a glove.
This species has a lot of fans,
A raving audience with raving hands.

Bonju of Shenkuu sure knows how to cook,
One taste of his meals and you'll be hooked.
His avatar was long a source of mystery,
And his face is now part of Neopian history.

Gaming legend AAA is known to all,
No one can beat him in a gaming brawl.
Others may try to take his crown,
But in the end they'll be left with a frown.

Everyone fears mean Commander Garoo,
He's hard to find but even harder to subdue.
He's been immortalized on his very own stamp,
Though he wants that depiction to get a revamp.

There's plenty to celebrate about Blumaroo,
Whether they're green or yellow or blue.
We wait an entire year just to say,
Have a happy Blumaroo Day!
