FYORA DAY SPECIAL

Fyora Verses and Haiku
By Schefflera

Fyora! Fyora! The fairest of all!
Who sits high enthroned in celestial hall
Throughout all Neopia, hark to the call --
To celebrate Fyora Day, one and all.

Fyora, Fyora, I will tell you true,
Is really quite busy, with plenty to do,
But takes off some time on the day of June Two,
So let's celebrate her right now, with haiku!

Pink and lavender
Are her signature colors
Girly -- and mighty.

The Hidden Tower
Sells expensive merchandise
If you find the door.

Captured by Terask,
Which was quite embarrassing,
In Neoquest II.

She keeps Jhudora,
Dark Faerie on her own cloud,
Under her eye.

Queen over all,
Ruler wise and powerful,
If a bit hands-off.

Up in Faerieland,
White clouds over blue water,
Castle on a cloud.

Plea to Fyora
By Flutedad

Will you come to me Fyora?
Provide aid in my distress?
If I feel there is some danger
Will you help me with my quest?
Can I call on you Fyora?
When trouble I perceive?
I know you are quite busy
Oh help me, if you please

Pets throughout Neopia
Rely on you it seems
They call on you in times fear
To thwart some evil schemes
Do you help them out of pity?
Or is mercy just your way?
Will you come when I'm in trouble?
Is it true what people say?

We've never met Fyora
And I hope we never will
I pray your commitment to assist
Need not be fulfilled
If trouble comes into my world
Can I count on help from you?
Do you always aid the needy?
Are the stories I hear true?

I am small and meek Fyora
So it may just make you smile
But what little strength that I can bring
I commit to any trial
For all the kindness that you show
To Neopians far and wide
I will always be there for you
Though small help I can provide

Fyora's Secret...
By Thesquib

Far above in the open sky,
O'er the seas and dunes,
The Faerie Queen,
She doth sit high,
And wish upon a moon.

Her fight for good,
Ne'er be up,
So stands she straight and tall,
Against the evil,
Faeries,
Wolves,
And never shall she fall.

She sits up there,
In towers high,
She sells her wordly goods,
And those that pass her tower by
Would buy them if they could.

And though she does so much for us,
Surely it is not fair,
Her prices high,
We cannot buy,
She taunts us everywhere.

And so we ask, is she so good?
If she makes us so poor,
Only to 'fund' the faeries,
Who can make their own,
Surely she plays false.

So far above in the open sky,
Let her sell her goods,
But go not ye
To the famed tower,
So she shall not rob us with her secret power.

Fyora, Agleam, Aglow
By Anjie

Faerie stories, myth and fact,
A secret kept so long intact.
This haven magic shields and shrouds,
A tower nestled in the clouds.
Location none do seem to know,
Fyora's home, agleam, aglow.

An idle spiral to the sky,
Where treasures lie in vast supply.
Such dreams its riches may fulfill,
Protected by Fyora's will.
Priceless things, for those who'll pay,
The Hidden Tower, tucked away.

Weapons to win any war
Do lie behind each magic door.
Items of such magic might,
And gems that gleam with surreal light.
The rarest gems in all the land,
Though hidden, stay in great demand.

The Queen does guard her treasures well,
If it exists, she'll never tell.
A fortune costs each precious thing,
From Slorg Flakes to Jhudora's Ring.
The tower, still a secret though,
Amongst the clouds, agleam, aglow.

The Birthday of Fyora
By Mithril_mithrandir

High above the green treetops,
Her throne a sculpted purple cloud,
Queen Fyora eager awaits
The arrival of her birthday crowd.

Riding upon soft waves of wind
Overhead the first guests soar --
They arrive at the queen's castle,
And gently knock upon the door.

Fyora warmly greets her guests,
She catches up with an old friend;
A parade starts for her autograph --
The line does not seem to end!

A while later dinner is brought out;
Praise of the dishes ring --
A line of fiddlers strike up a tune;
The party has reached full swing!

The guests do hush, Fyora stands,
A storm of sparkles fly;
Scattered gasps puncture the room,
And wide is every eye!

Pink stars fade to golden rain;
Watchers, they loudly applaud --
The faerie smirks as she stands,
She's shown that she's no fraud.

Morning approaches the party,
The night has all but gone;
Reluctantly the guests take leave
Into the first rays of dawn.

As she climbs the Hidden Tower
To herself Fyora does say,
"The party could have been longer --
But I still had a great birthday!"
