I ran right into the Uber Fire Faerie.
"What are you doing here," I gasped in surprise.
"Looking for you," she said calmly.
"Why?" I asked.
"To tell you that the Uber Dark Faerie captured the rest of the Uber Faeries
and as I was escaping she said that if your sister didn't turn herself over
to her then your whole family will be seeing the bottom of the Whirlpool," she
said wiping a tear away.
"Have you told Air Faerie this yet?" I asked, feeling butterflies in my stomach.
"Yes I did and she has ran off to save them but I'm afraid its a trap," she
said solemnly.
"Tell Amy to meet me at the Whirlpool," I told her as I dived out the window
and flew as fast as I could toward the Whirlpool.
I flew fast in heard I heard way before I saw it. I saw a lot of Neopets and
I could make out something glinting gold that I knew was either Chloe or Air
Faerie. I dove under water and thanked my stars that Cherish had taught me to
swim before I could use my wings to fly. I was able to use my wings as paddles.
It felt like flying except underwater. I came up to take a breath and swam so
I was right underneath the Dark Uber Faerie. I saw that they had already captured
Air Faerie and I saw that it wasn't her throwing off that glint it was a large
hand-sized golden mirror.
"Muhaha! I think that impression of the Fire Faerie worked perfectly," she
cackled changing herself to the likeness of the Fire Faerie and back again.
I shuddered thinking about how close I was to being captured. I only saw Air_Faerie_8080
but I didn't see the rest of my family, which I was happy for the moment.
I dove underwater to avoid detection from the 10 Skeiths that were with the
Dark Faerie. I considered the odds 1 to 11 pretty risky. Then I suddenly remembered
Amy she was on the way and didn't know it was a trap. I swam as hard as I could
back the way I came and was soon able to take off into the air. I signaled to
a form off in the distance and hoped it was her when I saw her mirror glint
back I felt very relieved. I hovered in the spot waiting for her to get there.
When she arrived I told her the situation and we both took to the water. We
were both great swimmers at school and we had tied in a race too. We both dove
under using our powerful wings to go faster. We were off like shots until we
came back to the spot where my sister was. We swam back within seeing distance
of the Dark Faerie but out of hearing distance. We finally agreed that I would
distract the Dark Faerie and the Skeiths while Amy got my sister. We swam back
so we could no longer see the Dark Faerie we wished each other good luck and
I took off into the air and Amy went underwater. I flew very fast to make it
look as if I had followed the phoney Fire Faerie's orders. The Dark Faerie's
back was toward me and before one of the Skeiths could warn her I ploughed into
her knocking her into the water. I laughed at her enraging her. I then gave
my friend the signal to get my sister then I attacked the Skeiths causing major
confusion. I bashed and kicked and even bit a few of those Skeiths and saw stars
as the Skeiths were scrambling around and one kicked me in the head.
"Luna let's go!" yelled out Amy. I looked over and saw Air Faerie who was
now free waving for me to come over and Amy motioning as well. I started making
my way over but was cut off by the Dark Faerie who sopping wet and was looking
very angry.
"You think your smart don't you, well think again little Shoyru consider this
plan failed," she spat.
Then I saw Air Faerie coming straight at her I leapt back as Air Faeries foot
connected with the Dark Faerie and she fell into the water for the second time.
We then flew as fast as we could to Tyrannia to rest from the fatal mistake
of believing the phoney Fire Faerie. Air Faerie offered to keep watch as we
slept for it was quickly turning to night but I told he I would do it because
I wasn't tired. The Moon was full that night and I couldn't admire it with my
family. I took out my moon charm and studied it. My mum had found it in the
back of Kauvara's Magic Shop. Kauvara had said it was junk and gave to me thinking
it was good luck charm and it did match my name. I sighed and looked at my sister
she was serious all the time always aware of the danger around her I idolised
her but we just didn't connect we didn't have much in common until now. I leaned
against a tree and looked at the surroundings. It was a little clearing screened
in by trees and almost invisible from the beach. I looked up at the moon and
wished dearly that my other sisters were safe.
Meanwhile...
The Dark Faerie had returned to her secret lair that she had built in a cloud
under Faerieland. She no one would find her there. She was still fuming about
the escape of the Shoyru even madder than she had been that Air_Faerie_8080
was still alive. She did however have the Shoyru brat's mum and sisters so she
did have the upper hand. She quietly drank her Borovan thinking about her next
move.
7:00 NST Tyrannian Beach-
I woke up and saw my sister quietly watching the surroundings she had taken
the last watch.
"Hi," I said sitting down beside her.
She smiled at me and told me she thought she knew where the Dark Faerie was
because she had been watching some Skeiths flying toward Faerieland. I woke
up Amy and we set off quickly stopping at Mystery Island for some fruit. We
then headed for Faerieland. We split up searching everywhere we could think
of I even looked around Jhudora's Cloud. Amy and I met up at the place Air Faerie
told us to meet. We waited an hour and then two and then we couldn't take it
any longer. We took off and together we searched for my sister then we finally
landed near the Healing Springs only to be dragged in by the Water Faerie.
"Hey! Ouch! Let me go," I yelled out as I was dragged to the Healing Springs.
"Shh! It's okay listen your sister was overpowered by the Skeiths and she
was taken to the Dark Faerie's fortress below Faerieland," she whispered.
"How I know that you are the real Water Faerie we have been fooled before,"
Amy hissed barring her teeth.
"I am real only I could do this," she said healing us back to full.
"Okay I believe you," I said.
She gave me my weapons I had previously lost and gave Amy3460 some weapons
too. We then headed under the city.
After flying out away from the city we flew under it. We flew through the
cloud and almost ran into a wall. We looked for a window a door anything. We
almost gave up on finding an open window all of them were barred until we found
one with a bar missing. We squeezed through and found ourselves of all places
in the Dark Faeries throne room. We quickly took the keys from off the hook
and ran down a hall that led to the dungeons where my family was being kept.
We saw the Dark Faerie near a cell so we ducked into a doorway and listened
in.
"You have been captured and as soon as my Skeiths return with that silver
Shoyru your fate is sealed! Muhaha!!" she cackled and then left to do something
else. We reached the cell and found my family I let them loose. We couldn't
find a way out so Air Faerie blasted a hole in the wall and we flew for our
lives and finally made it to the Lost Desert to rest a bit. The Dark Faerie
had heard the crash and was so angry when she found that her prisoners had escaped
she threw a fit and immediately assembled 20 Skeiths to go after us. We wouldn't
know that until later though. I laid down exhausted only to find I was laying
on something it was an Anubis Petpet. I looked for a name tag and it had none
which meant it didn't have an owner.
"Hi little Anubis would you like to be my pet," I asked it carefully picked
it up and holding it.
It wagged its tail and snuggled down in my arms.
"Let's see you need a name," I said pacing back and forth, "hmm... I know
I'll name you Solar because I found you in such a sunny place," I continued
hugging my new pet close. I laid down and fell asleep with my new Anubis in
my arms. Air Faerie was the lookout while the rest of us rested or in our mums
case stretched out to get a tan. Soon though she felt like she was going to
get burned so she got up and went to sit by Air Faerie.
"Hey Air Faerie," she said sitting down by her first ever pet, "you look very
worried."
"Oh mum I feel lost, I feel as if I can't do anything I mean I have been thought
about this before but this time it's getting to me," she said looking at fire_faerie_8080
with her shiny golden eyes, "maybe its because of Luna_8080 she is so young
and the Dark Faerie is she ever going to stop we can't keep getting this lucky."
"Air Faerie stop talking like that. You know very well the Dark Faerie can't
do this forever and Luna_8080 she is young yet she will bounce back. You I am
worried about you haven't been the same not since the first time.
"Maybe it's because I can't rest until I know that my sisters and you aren't
going to be in danger. I can't relax without wondering what will happen next
sure that Golden Scorchstone was the last one but she is obviously still out
for revenge and always will be," Air_Faerie_8080 said a single tear falling
into the sand, "and the thing is I don't know how much longer I can take it."
They talked for a bit longer and soon fire_faerie_8080 fell asleep beside
Air_Faerie_8080 but her sleep didn't last long.
"Everybody wake up!" cried out Air_Faerie_8080 as the Dark Faerie and her
Skeiths came closer and closer.
We all got up and formed a line drawing our weapons. Air_Faerie_8080 had managed
to hold on to her weapons so she had a Sword of Domar and she gave fire_faerie_8080
the Wand of the Light Faerie just in case. I had my sword of Domar and I gave
my Rainbow Gun to cherish808 and Chloe52589 had decided to use her Magic Pebbles.
"Give up you weaklings," the Dark Faerie called out to us as she and her small
army landed on the sand.
"Never!" we cried out in unison.
It was beginning to turn dusk once again. The moon was rising I felt ready
for battle. I readjusted the grip on my weapon and went into a fighting stance.
The Dark Faerie looking very angry made a motion and suddenly the battle was
on. The Skeiths rushed at us sending up a dust cloud. We rushed at them like
mad people we attacked. We slashed and spells were made and sent the Rainbow
Gun was put to good use being fired many, many times. I cried out as a Skeith
got me in the arm. But it was soon taken care of by my sword. I slashed my world
turning red with rage. I made way to the Dark Faerie by the only light was that
from where our attacks had made a few lone desert bushed burst into flame. I
finally was at the Dark Faerie she looked startled but soon regained her composure
battling me with a sword that she had. I slashed hard and battled furiously
but I was growing tired and soon she got me in the side. I was breathing heavily
I stepped back trying to catch my breath. I felt as if I couldn't go on then
I saw the ground rushing toward me as I fell from exhaustion. The Dark Faerie
lifted me so I was level with her face by my wings and spoke to me.
"Give up Shoyru you are spent its over," she told me looking me straight in
the face.
"I won't give up. I will never quit," I said looking her in the eye then suddenly
she threw me across the sand I landed with a thud and slid an few feet.
I struggled to my feet wincing from the pain in my side, my arm, and the throw.
The Dark Faerie then came forward and kicked me and sent me sprawling. I couldn't
get up the pain hurt so bad. I looked up at the moon and severely wished for
a miracle. I looked and saw the Dark Faerie coming forward with her sword to
finish me off then my Moon Charm did a funny thing it began to glow and suddenly
it sent a beam of White something at the Dark Faerie and seemed to be thrown
back across the sand then before she had known what hit her she was in a bottle
sealed and ready for transport to wherever. I sighed picking up the bottle and
I called my Anubis, Solar over to keep it safe while I went over to tell Air
Faerie. Well it turns out they had seen the whole thing the stopped when I got
to the Dark Faerie and my charm went all funky. So the bottle was taken to the
Queen who stripped the Dark Faerie of her Uber Dark Faerie powers and made her
a regular faerie then she appointed a new Dark Faerie who was less evil you
could say. Finally we were free of the Dark Faeries vengeful clutches and we
could finally relax. Air_Faerie_8080 has become more carefree you could say.
We are now very happy and hopefully nothing will ever change that. Oh and one
last thing I sold the charm back Kauvara and she is going to study it.
