Naughty or Nice - Tips For Being a Well Liked Neopian

Do the little things that some Neopians do just make you mad or wonder why? Is there anything in Neopia that's just plain...well, annoying to you? Well here, I've put together some things to maybe humor you, or make you realize that other people dislike, or are wondering about the same things you are.

First off, don't you just hate it when you bid tons, maybe ALL of your items in the trading post on something. You wait, you wait, sometimes hours, sometimes days, sometimes even weeks for it to get accepted, after you KNOW the person has seen your trade. Then what do they do? Cancel it! Arrrggggh! So here's a tip, when putting something up for trade, in the wish list box, at least say how long it's going to take you to respond, or at least Neomail the person!

At the Money Tree, isn't it annoying when you click on something and aren't fast enough, and it says "you've been pondering too long!" It's like, "Hey! I wasn't pondering OK!?!"

On chat boards, do you ever wonder why people beg for items or Neopoints from people? Here's a good tip. We all started out with 500 NP here. We all worked hard, wait a second we didn't even work hard for the NP, it's just playing games! It's so easy to make money in Neopia, so please, don't beg :) Try playing some of the games, since NeoPets is only a game. Interesting concept, huh?

Or how about when you open up the shop, price everything 99,999 NP because your not ready to open up yet, and then you get mean, nasty Neomails saying "your NEVER going to sell ANYTHING at that price!!!" Come on, please, just read what some people write in their shops before you go ahead and send off some nasty Neomails! C'mon people, please!!!

When NeoPets keeps making so many toys and new items you can't keep up with them! (Maybe it's not such a bad thing though...) Pretty nice :)

Those darn "Guess and Win" posts posted in the "Help" chat boards that say "Guess my neighbor's aunt's mom's grandma's name and win a prize!" Then to top it off they don't even give clues. Next time you make a board like that, for one, don't put it in the Help section, put it in the General Chat board. Also, DO YOU REALIZE HOW MANY NAMES THERE ARE OUT THERE!?! GIVE A CLUE OR TWO! :)

And finally, THE number one thing most annoying about people in Neopia. Drum roll please...Scammers and hackers! Arrrrgggh! People work so hard, only to be scammed out of their money and items. It's not worth it, especially when you have the NeoPets Team hot on your trail!
