This means you are on a quest, a Faerie has asked you to find an item for her. If you do not wish to do the Quest, you can refuse it. Click on 'World' then on 'Quests' and you will be taken to the Faerie Quests page. The best way to gain levels is to make your NeoPet attend the courses at the Island Training School. 9 - Where is 'Send a Pet'? You can send a NeoPet to a friend (or rather a recommendation of the type of NeoPet they should create). Click on 'Pet Central' and then click on the image of a Chia jumping out of a box. The picture has 'Send a pet to a friend' on it. 10 - My NeoPet lost in the Battledome, how do I get his hit points back up? You can give your NeoPet a magical potion, or take him to visit the kind faerie at the Healing Springs.
