Hi, I would like you to clear something up for all of us please. In your last editorial you stated that giveaways are allowed BUT, according to your Terms of Use they are not. Neopets Terms of Use 3. ...That means you should not attempt to post any of the following: promotions offering prizes of any sort (including contests, raffles, lotteries, chain letters or any kind of giveaway). After concerns were raised about the implications of the rule change, the team met to further discuss the situation. Hi TNT. Only 2-3 users annually announce on the boards that they've received the That's Not Rubbish avatar. The handful of users who do publicly mention they received the avatar mention things like refreshing for hours a day for *years*. Rare avatars are a fun challenge, but was this avatar meant to be *that* rare? ~~sunbathr

Hello! I was wondering if as you upgrade the safety deposit box if you would be open to adding a feature that allows you to have different categories in your SDB? For example, I have so much charity corned junk stashed away with all my valuables, it gets very confusing what is what. I would love to be able to sort my stuff. Thanks for considering! ~~sugarhead

Oh I think a couple of wizened elderly Krawks would be amazing! We will be sure to keep that in mind when Krawk day rolls around, and don't forget you can always comment on Pet Day Suggestion boards to help us choose which outfit and colour should be next for each pet! ~~Aesop

Happy Holidays, TNT! Thank you for the additional pet slots; I'm having a blast with them. I just have one question to ask though... Since we have all those extra pet slots, can we have a bigger closet...like go from 650 to something like 2,000-5,000? It's gonna be hard to customize everyone know. Glad to hear you’re enjoying Pet Slots, Jessalynn! I completely understand the want for bigger closets and there is a chance we can look at other ways of loading closets into the new Customisation app in the future, but the 650 item rule was implemented when Customisation was still Flash and items were able to load much faster than they do now. With HTML5, it’s even slower to load and users who have larger closets may find that it doesn’t even load for them at all or takes several minutes which isn’t ideal. That’s why we still recommend having a smaller closet and rotating out which items you want to have in there from your SDB. ~~Gutterfoot

Hi TNT! First I want to say how great you all have been doing in the past few months. I've seen a renewed responsiveness and I think it's great. Your team is doing so well! I can feel your passion for the game! Second, I was wondering if we can get an update on when games/events will be converted from flash. I miss some of my favs and I sort of want to know if I should just mourn and move on from my beloved Snot Splatter. Is it possible to get 2022 projection of conversion and an announcement of what is fully off the list of being updated? As in, what you are never planning on updating.Including events like charity corner please! I think we would all be understanding if you announced it so we can move on from wanting some things updated. ~~longuylandgirl

TNT has been working hard at releasing great content these last couple of months.

We don't currently have any game conversions in the works. The focus for the team is on the upcoming events by giving them a new fresh look and feel. We are also finalizing which pages we are looking to convert by priority.

As we get our plans in place, TNT will showcase what we have in the works to give everyone insight into what is currently on the roadmap for 2022! ~~Yarner

Hi TNT! Are there any rules against tipping the wonderful artists on Neopets via Neopoints/items? As an artist myself that knows how long and painstaking it can sometimes be to draw, I find myself wanting to send other artists a little something for their hard work. However, I don't want it to be seen as a monetary exchange for their artwork since that is against the rules. What should I do? ~~Anonymous
No, sorry we do not allow tips to be given for services, which would include commissions in the form of Neopoints or items, however you are more than welcome to give them an image in return. Please don't forget to credit any artist that does make you an image though when you display it. ~~kikocat

Hi TNT! First things first, thank you very, very much for the new Filter Gram! They all are AMAZING, I can't get enough of them. Buuuut that leads me to the Just Peachy Filter - it is my favorite filter, but it doesn't seem to apply to UCs. I was wondering if there was a way to make it applicable to UCs? Since it's a Thought Bubble and those work on them, I got the Filter, but to my surprise it didn't even show up when trying to customize. :c I don't think there's even a need to re-draw it for UCs, just keep the species pattern you already have (for example, have the same fit on converted Gelerts for all UC Gelerts - I'm sure people would like that over not being able to apply them at all!). I got the Frosted Plum Orchard BG out of the new winter caps but can't use it on my pets. If I try to put it on any of them it goes back into my wearable list and won't go on them. I tried to submit a ticket but the create ticket button on the help page isn't working. Nothing happens when I click on it. What can I do? ~~rpgangel

Hey TNT, I was wondering..with the new influx of stamps you are releasing, specifically the sloth maractite coin, i was wondering how open you would be to finishing the maractite coin and treasures of the deep albums for stamp avatars!?! :D they are pretty close to done, could be a full shop or a mix of shop and released stamps but the album items currently there are gorgeous and would make for a beautiful stamp avatar in my opinion :) ~~electronxxl
We are absolutely open to finishing stamp album pages such as the maractite coin and treasures of the deep! We want to keep releasing different items like stamps and coins intermittently instead of just for events, and we have already started some discussions on which album pages will be finished next and earn users a new stamp avatar! ~~Aesop
