Hi Hi all.

My name is Hekro. I was adopted from the pound by Spyro99101 when I was very young. I stood out from the rest as my white coat shone from the pounds bright lights. Here is my tale.

She brought me home and put me in a playpen with three other pets. At first I was a little scared. They were all bigger than I was (Chewai was two times my size!), but that didn't stop me from approaching the speckled Usul she was a little bigger than me, and she had big kind eyes. She saw me coming and waved her hand and smiled.

"Hello!" She beamed "Your the new one eh? Well welcome to our home! May not be first class, but the owner treats us like we where royalty."

"Hi" I said, blushing a bit (I had never been that good at first meetings) "My names Hekro and I came from the..."

"Pound" She said holding up and phone and winking. "Cell phones are the best. Anway, how rude of me. My names Smellyeggy. I'll introduce you to the others. Hey guys come over here!" A shadowed Elephante and a Glass Shoyru Came over.

She pointed to the Shoyru "This is Spikewings, she is spyros first pet." Then she pointed to the Elephante. "And this is Chewai" They both waved and went back to playing with their petpets.

She turned to me. "They are very talkative once you get to know them. Hey you hungry?"

"A bit" I said "I'll last though... until Mom comes home"

"No need!" She walked over to the side of the playpen and opened a box. "Chocolate or gum?" she asked. "Um. Chocolate please"

"Coming right up" She tossed me a chocolate bar. "I think your going to like it here"

"Me too" I bit into the chocolate bar. "Me too."

And she was right. I LOVE it here! We get to do lots of fun things. Play games, go on adventures, go shopping and loads more. So just remember all you pets in the pound. When you feel so low and upset, don't forget. That somewhere out there, someone loves you.
