 Pet Name: Thanderwin Owner: pyxi_pink Breed: Hissi About Thanderwin: Hello, Thanderwin here. I've been told (by pyxi_pink) that I should tell you a little about me. Should I? I don't see the harm... Let's start from the start. My previous owner kept me on a side account. Things got dusty. Nothing ever happened. Ever. Oh, how I loathe the side account life... Anyway, when I was with my previous owner, I was a plain ordinary hissi. I'll tell you how I changed later. And one day, my ex-owner decided that he no longer wanted me anymore, and he brought me down to that horrible place they call a 'pound.' I forget how long I'd been waiting there, but it seemed like an eternity. An eternity of that dark, damp place where no one wishes to be. At that point, the pound's door creaked opened, for what seemed the millionth time, but this time it was different. That time pyxi_pink entered the pound. I silently watched her as she walked past other neopets. And my gaze didn't stir as she stopped outside my cage. She had a talk to me, and found that I was the pet that she wanted to adopt. Mere moments later, pyxi_pink had filled out the adoption form, and was leading me out of the pound door. Now, I'm a Lost Desert hissi, carefully painted by my owner. And I've found that there is nothing better to do, than fly over the Lost Desert on a warm day -sigh-. When I'm feeling lazier, just to laze about on the warm sand is enough to make me the most happy hissi there could ever be. Is there was one thing that you can't beat, it's a good book. I love to read, but I haven't read many books yet... Oh! And I also like to attend Altador Cup games when Lost Desert is playing... Some people say that all Lost Desert Hissies look the same. This is most definitely NOT the case. We all look very different. I, for example have glossy brown scales, with a few blue scales around my head and wings, while others may have blue scales all over them. I wear my gold necklace all the time, but my headress and crown tend to get in the way, so I only wear those if I'm getting a photo taken or something. I wear my tail rings all the time, though. My new family is awesome! They're all so nice to me, even though I'm the only one who's been adopted. I'm older than all of them by quite alot, but Silkless is so mature and level-headed that she could be older... She does have a sense of humour, though. Sometimes, she helps me to plan pranks. pyxi_pink hated it, when we pulled a prank involving a pie and a mallard, though. I hope that you've enjoyed reading about me. I have to go now, I think I can hear the Desert's sands calling me...
