Pop! Pop, pop, pop, POP!

While popcorn and rice puffs are quite delicious there are other uses for them... The task of this week is to create a neopian building out of popcorn or puffed rice. This should be recognizable. Please make sure you tell us what building it is, and where it is located in Neopia. We will judge your creations first on quality, and then on creativity, originality.
