Where in the world...

It might not snow everywhere in Neopia, but all of the lands celebrate the new year. Help Neopets bring in year 11 by creating your very own snowglobe. It doesn't have to snow in your snowglobe, but it should have some sort of particulate such as sand, glitter, confetti etc. The snowglobe scene should be a celebration of year 11 in the Neopian land of your choice. Please make sure you tell us where your scene is, and what your snowglobe is made of and how you made it. We will judge your creations first on quality (if it works and stays together), and then on creativity, originality.
