 Pet Name: Chloe21403 Owner: michellejeansmith Breed: Wocky About Chloe21403: A Winter Wocky…by michellejeansmith Hi! My name is Chloe21403 (that's my birthday), and I am a Winter Wocky! I just adore everything winter...I mean OBSESSIVELY love it! My friends make fun of me for jumping in the snow while they all shiver and complain of the cold. My soft, snowy coat is actually quite warm and comfortable *rolls eyes at friends*. Well, besides my snowy coat, the one thing that makes me super, leap-for-joy happy is my best friend and special petpet, Snoeball. I found her lost in a terrible snowstorm last year! She wasn't always a Snow Snorkle, but....well, I'll let her tell you in her own words! Here's a little something she wrote herself...*I've been tutoring her for months, and her writing has SERIOUSLY improved from the scratches she started out with....* On a quiet little farm, nestled between two bushels of hay Sleeps a Snorkle as white as a snowy winter’s day. Her friends frolic in the mud, chasing the ducks down by the pond, But Snoeball dreams of cider like her grandma used to make. She can smell the sweet fragrances of apples and cinnamon, She salivates at the thought of homemade pumpkin pie. Her reverie takes her back to when she first met her best friend On that frightful, blustery winter's night. Snoeball had wandered away from her trough, And she soon found herself lost in a blinding snowstorm! Her little snout was frozen and her pitiful cries for help Were muted by the wind; heard by no one! She had just given up any hope of finding her way home When two gentle arms lifted her from the snow and wrapped her in a furry coat. When she next awoke, a sweet feline face was smiling down at her. "Drink this, little snoeball. The chocolate will sooth your throat." Warm apple pie with vanilla ice cream on the side Was enough to convince Snoeball this Snow Wocky would be her friend for a long time. Chloe taught Snoeball all about winter fun! They went ice skating and sledding until the day was done! Chloe and Snowball spent their days playing on the ice, Snoeball then decided,” Snow is pretty nice! “Maybe I’ll keep my fluffy coat a while, “The thought alone makes me smile!”…. Snoeball awoke from her comfy spot in the hay. She didn’t remember what she had been dreaming about that day, But the taste of apples was on her lips. She stretched out her little legs and gave her snowy coat a few nips. As she made her way down to the pond where her friends played She looked across the field at the farmhouse she and Chloe had made. Chloe had a special way of making everything nice. She always had a full supply of lemon or strawberry ice! Snoweball admired Chloe's soft coat as clean as a turdle-dove... For the first time in this Snorkle's life she really felt loved! Snoeball had to smile. To her it seemed this had always been home.
