“Come on Dan! The Wizard won’t wait forever!”

“Alright c0co, I’m not as young as I used to be.”

As Dan and c0co made their way into the Wizard’s hut there was a rumbling sound coming from the back of the hut. Suddenly a large boulder began to hurtle towards the two unsuspecting travelers. Dan and c0co quickly dodged the boulder as it smashed through the small door of the hut. “You don’t want to know...” said the Wizard with a slight wink as he walked from the back, “so, will it be your usual?” he continued.

“Ain’t it always?” Replied Dan sarcastically.

“Well yes, I suppose it is.” Said the Wizard

“I'm your friendly guide to on-line comparison shopping! Type in what you want to buy and I will search through all the shops in the market to find you the best prices! (I search a different section of the market each time to get more results!)”

“Yeah, we know the drill. Search for the codestones already!” said c0co impatiently.

“Ok, well this Main Codestone looks like a good deal, only 25 NP.”

Dan quickly snags the codestone, thanks the wizard and they head out of the hut. “Alright c0co,” Dan said, “we should take this to your master. He will be wanting this before you can start your next session.” he finished.

“Yeah, I can’t wait! We’re supposed to be learning berserk attack today!” replied c0co.

“Alright, well remember to be careful.” Dan warned. “While you’re gone I think I’ll pick up a little something for all your hard work you’ve done.”

“Really!? What is it? Tell me! Tell me! Tell me!” c0co said excitedly.

“You just concentrate on your lesson. You will find out in good time.” Dan said.

“Oh, alright.” c0co said dejectedly.

Once Dan dropped c0co off at her lesson down on Mystery Island he headed straight for the Trading Post where he searched for a Purple Scorchstone. There just happened to be two for sale right then. He immediately placed an offer on the cheaper of the two and within a couple of minutes his offer was accepted. “c0co will love this!” Dan thought to himself as he walked home.

When c0co got back a couple of hours later he saw the Purple Scorchstone sitting on the Bamboo Table near the door of their Maraquan home. He immediately began to hoot and holler all around the house. Dan winked to himself and said, “I knew she would like it.”
c0co charged up the stars and almost collided with poor Dan. “I love it! I love it! I love it!” said c0co excitedly.

“I’m glad you approve” said Dan with a bemused grin on his face.

“Approve?! It ROCKS!”

“Well,” said Dan, “With great weapons comes great responsibility. I expect you to practice with Master Nimmo every chance I give you and also practice in the Battledome as much as you can.”

“Oh, I will! I will!” said c0co with assurance, “I will practice thirty hours a day!”

“Well, that’s good.” said Dan, “I will hold you to that.” Dan winked.
