 Pet Name: Battle_Shoryu_9999 Owner: imgiddy Breed: Elephante About Battle_Shoryu_9999: Dear Diary, November 26, 2005. Today I took my pet, Rex, to the circus for his birthday, and boy was it wild! As we apporached the overgrown rainbow tent, the sounds of cheering and clapping became deafening. I realized that this was a bad idea, as it would give Rex ideas. However, it was his birthday, and maybe if I gave him enough cake afterwards he wouldn't run off to join the circus. It was too late for regrets once we entered the tent. My seat was sticky and rusted, but once the opening act began all of the outside troubles left my mind. A fire Elephante came onto the stage, waving. He climbed onto a pedesteal and took a deep breath. Fire came shooting out of his trunk, gaping around, only to disperse in a few seconds. There was a moment of silence; the calm before the storm. Clapping and cheering filled the tent. The Elephante continued on with his act, breathing fire in the shape of the circus logo, shooting fire up to the roof of the tent, even writing messages with fire. Many more acts continued, an Acara walking a tightrope, a Grarrl on a unicycle, a Nimmo acrobat desplay, weight lifting Petpets, a magician Zafara, and other stunts, but everyone was still thinking about the Elephante. The Elephante came back on at the end and gave a short speech. He then proceded to breathe some fire in the shape of the words 'Good night.' Everyone clapped and cheered and whistled. Everyone filed out, all the little kids were talking and doing pathetic imitations of the stunts. After the end of the show I was heading home, but Rex had other things in mind. He bolted off to the tent once everyone else had left. "Rex! Get back here!" I yelled. "Come on, I wanna meet that fire-breather" He replyed. I sighed and followed him. I was certian we wouldn't be able to get in again, but the opening to the tent was wide open. He darted into the tent. The Elephante was still there, cleaning up the ashes from his display. "Hey! That was really cool!" Rex called out. The Elephante turned around and smiled. "Well thank you, it took me a long time to learn how to breathe fire." "I'm Rex, what's your name?" Rex inquired. "They call me Battle Shoryu." He answered. "Do you fight in the battledome?" Rex asked. "No, not anymore," He replyed, "I once did, but the circus life was more interesting." I looked at my watch. "Come on, Rex, we have to go!" I stated. "Bye, I have to go, nice meeting you." Rex said to Battle Shoryu "Nice meeting you, too." He replyed. We went to go get cake, it was his birthday after all. The whole time he was talking about how he wants to join the circus. I guess my plan didn't work. However, I would rather have him breathing fire then swallowing swords or riding unicycles any day.
