Crumbling Ancient Castle Background
by Sophieninetyfive

Crumbling Ancient Castle Background,
How much have you seen?
Often do I pause to reflect
On all that might have been.

Perhaps a terrible conflict occurred,
Enough to make the earth rumble,
Or maybe the owners just moved away
And left the castle to crumble.

"Who were these owners?" you might ask.
I really wish I knew.
An ancient royal family?
A king, and his queen too?

But who they were I do not know.
I don't know what they did.
I don't know why they moved away,
Or what secrets the castle hid.

Crumbling Ancient Castle Background,
There's only one thing I know:
For customisation, you're pretty great!
As well as expensive, though...

Jhudora's Bodyguards
by Dr_tomoe

Some are well aware
That Jhudora has a command
Of Bartamus Petpets who
Will do what she demands.

But, even as a dark faerie,
Jhudora has a spot in
Her wretched black heart
For her loyal pair of Gruslen.

She raised them from kittens
And trained them herself.
She raised them with "love"
And showered them with wealth.

And now, Jhudora's loyal Gruslens,
Raised with powerful dark magic,
Act as her bodyguards, and their
Abilities are quite dramatic.

Although, one might question
Why Jhudora would require
Bodyguards of any type,
But those who inquire

Will so find themselves
With Sarah and Daisy,
And her Gruslen pair
Is anything but lazy.

And anyone who's met them,
And anyone who was bitten,
Always says now that they
Were so cute when they were kittens.

Trading Post Woes (Please Don't Ask For "Offers")
by Keilli

Newest 20 lots,
The land I always lurk,
To catch a deal --
A magnitude steal,
And be wary of the jerks.

I find, delight! A little lot
Pyjamas for my Kacheek
And a little Island doll
My eyes travel down,
To see the asking price

Little black letters simply ask "offer?"
Thinking it right, thinking it fine,
I put my twenty-four thousand on the line.
Twelve seconds later, almost instant, it seems

Constellation eyes frown down on me.
So-and-so "has rejected your offer
On lot number" one million four.
Frowning a little -- how far off was I? --
I take to the search bar and, what a surprise!

Eight hundred thousand for a dress,
And three million for a cap!
How in the world can I justify spending that?!?
The moral of this story applies to all who trade:

Don't simply ask for "offers"
If you don't wish to see
An offer so low that they may think it's for free.

The Snowager
by Nedviolet

Deep in the Ice Caves
Of Terror Mountain,
There lies a large serpent.
(It's not hard to find him.)
Some call him "Snowy,"
And some call him "Hater,"
But I'm willing to wager
His name is Snowager!

Sometimes he sleeps,
He usually doesn't.
How long does he sleep?
That's under discussion!
All that I known
Is that, at certain times,
You can venture inside
To claim your own prize.

In the Snowager's cave
There are so many toys.
When he's not expecting,
Just do NOT make noise.
If you somehow get lucky,
You'd still better leave fast.
But if you're unlucky,
He will deliver his BLAST!

Unlucky
by Freyja03

Every day I come to play,
Wishing that this will be my day.
Off I go to the Fruit Machine slots,
Wishing for a paint brush
But that’s not what I got.
(Does anyone want a Baguss?)

But no, it’s not the end,
Here I go down to the Forgotten Shore,
To dig up a treasure on its shores,
A Draik egg, a paint brush or even NPs?
Nothing again today; I’m so unlucky.

So now I’m just a traveler,
Who tries her luck at all of the wheels
Excitement, knowledge, mediocrity,
Extravagance, when I could afford it --
Even misfortune and monotony.

Why don’t you try it?
Maybe you’re luckier than me,
And if you don’t like your prize
Just give it to The Money Tree.
