Granny Hopbobbin is back with a bang,
With a Charity Corner this fall.
Encouraging folks to donate their goods,
And promising prizes for all!

It starts off simple as it always does,
The donating itself is quite fun.
Donating goods from shops and deposit boxes,
To see what surprises are won.

But the donating soon becomes harder,
And the price of the items goes crazy.
Spending 50k+ on a book to hand over,
How much you've spent soon becomes hazy.

'It's for charity!' you think as you gamble,
Always hoping for a pleasant surprise.
'A rare little stamp might be granted!' 
But instead, win a lack-lustre prize. 

The thrill is always in the donating,
But then suddenly the stakes are quite high.
There's an avatar to collect for your charity,
Can't stop now, no, you've just got to try.

When five hundred donations later,
You're ready to give it all up.
'Something has Happened!' appears on your screen,
The avatar won - you're in luck!

You might not get the stamp you were wanting,
Or the plushies or potions or food.
But you can walk away with the knowledge,
That you've done something splendidly good.

Ode to the Gift Shop

and with it arrived the Gift Shop.
It's a chance to get exclusive items,
if you have the backpacks to swap.

You may be wondering how it works,
and I'm here to say it's a breeze.
Just buy some backpacks, donate NC items,
and you'll receive a receipt with ease.

The receipts you earn from donating
are currency in the Gift Shop.
When you've collected enough,
make sure you stop.

The exclusive NC items cost
between one and four receipts each,
so you'll need several backpacks
for everything to be in your reach.

Don't let that discourage you.
If you have NC items you can forgo,
those prizes can all belong to you.
So why not give it a go?

Many who enter are frail and weak,
though they emerge with poise and dignity.
They find the knowledge they came to seek.

So if you feel your skills are lacking,
consider a trip to this distant isle.
The training school awaits your visit.
Be warned, you may stay awhile!

Meepit Juice Addiction

I wonder how came through one's mind,
When hiding from Meepits,
They think "It's juice time!"...

A machine to feed Neopia's little enemy,
Distracting them with colors that vary.
Make your juice, make your combo,
Feed the many that want an extra berry!

When thinking of this machine,
The true purpose was hidden within.
Make Meepits happy, give them time,
Drinking their juice, they won't deny.

While they drink and have fun,
You can hide among the pipes,
And when it's time you can run.

Then your fate is settled,
Free from the evil Meepits.
But now to survive in Haunted Woods,
You need a fire pit.

Night after night,
You notice you can't escape.
Meepit Juice Break just changed your fate.

All of those pipes, berries and all,
All the pretty colours among the pipes,
The happy look on a Meepits face,
Now are you doomed to your fate.

As they get addicted to feeding those Meepits,
One can't deny:
The fact of loving to feed those creepy guys
Was just a matter of time.

Ballard of the petpet laboratory

Drip drip drip, the noise from the room.
Pick up the pace this place fills me with doom. 

Out of the shadows a small Kookith appears. 
A mad glint in his eyes surely fills you with fear. 

Flickering lights, wow this place is so cramped. 
My petpet is shaking, my forehead feels damp. 

"Sit him right here" shrieks the kookith with glee. 
My poor little petpet is staring at me. 

I follow his orders, and sit my pet down.
I'm feeling uneasy. Sweat rolls down my crown. 

With a flash of light, and a poof smoke. 
I cover my mouth to make sure I don't choke. 

The light has now faded, the smoke starts to clear. 
I reach for my petpet to hold him so dear. 

But my arms are quite empty, wait this is so weird .
I look for him everywhere but he's gone, disappeared. 

So heed my short warning, it'll save you heartache. 
Steer clear of mad kookiths, for petpets they take.
