The weather is getting cooler
just the way they like
for you need it to be cold
to do Bruce Day just right.

For this holiday for this pet
is one where it's best chilly
as if it was hot, then skating
would look quite silly.

For Bruce's love skating
and running the rink's.
They enjoy collecting the notes
and trying not to sink.

And when its done, for today
they'll get a cool Brucicle
as the only pet that can eat one in winter
and not become an icicle.

For Bruce Day is a time to feel young
even if it's just at heart
for even on this holiday we will
celebrate the scourge of Boochi.

But come to the Bruce Day parties
there will be much fun, you see
even if its cold, do show up
don't be a victim of Apathy.

A Jolly Bruce

I have a little Neopet,
Who's a jolly little chap.
He looks just like a penguin,
But he's so much more than that!

For he's a special Bruce,
Who's as happy as can be.
He loves to do his little jigs,
And sing as loud as can be!

This cheerful guy loves the cold,
And adores the winter snow.
Every time the frost appears,
He's at the door, ready to go!

So if you're very lucky,
And have a Bruce to call your own.
Take care of that jolly little pet,
And you'll never be alone!

My Dancing Bruce

Bruces are known to love to dance
As a general rule,
But my Bruce out-grooves them all;
He’s such a dancing fool.

Whenever he hears music,
His leg begins to twitch,
And he flails his arms about
As though he has to scratch an itch.

He prances and he discoes;
Then he begins to wiggle,
But his version of the samba
Is what really makes me giggle.

And then without due warning,
He leaps into the air;
He lacks a graceful finish,
But he doesn’t seem to care.

His movements can be rhythmic
Or at once very outrageous,
But I must admit I find his antics
Can be quite contagious.

For when he does the jitterbug,
I’m compelled to dance along;
We let the tempo move us
As we shimmy to the song.

I like to dance with my Bruce;
We make a nifty pair
As we dance the day away
Without a worry or a care.

Bruce, A Rink Skater

The Bruce waits before the judges,
holding scorecards, stern.
He's nervous, wants beat the others,
the top prize his to earn.

It's his cue to begin,
the musical notes are here.
He skates towards them with a grin,
his nerves do disappear.

He twists and twirls, 
catches every note.
Precision movements, whirls,
though he can't yet gloat.

The last few notes are caught,
the judges score, tally.
He feels he can win, he has fought,
he just can't stop his grin.

The scores come done
he's scored his best.
Winning doesn't matter, it's been fun,
he feels happy, not stressed.

For His Day Is Today

Among the Happy Valley lost I was
A little friend poked me with his paws
At that moment we started to introduce
I suddenly realized he was a Bruce!

He hold my hand and we ran away
The Bruce told me that his day is today!
We started celebrating, ice cream all around
We went to the Rink Runner, for it was his round

Swift and gracious with his blue bow tie
Beautiful and enchanting like a butterfly
Filling our faces with such big a smile!
He was rink running some miles

Eventually tired he got
We decided to stop
When he asked if together we could stay
I looked on his eyes and said okay!

In just a few moments he was dear to my heart
Nothing could take us apart!
I will love him tomorrow, after, whenever...
For him I'll make it last forever!

join your favorite Bruce
for some fun and ice skating.

If you're up for competing,
visit Terror Mountain today.
Play some Rink Runner,
and get rated for your display.

Skate around, try not to jump,
and collect each musical note.
The three judges will observe
as you glide and float.

Do your best to avoid
the sharp and the flat
as they displease the judges
and we don't want that.

Don't let the notes 
fade into red and disappear.
Doing so will cost you points
and maybe some audience cheer.

Above all else, 
just have fun.
Enjoy the day
