The Squeaky Elephante Book

What's inside this big yellow book,
With the squeaky on the front?
Inside this childrens favourite,
Is an Elephante treasure hunt!

We press the noisy button,
When we think we might have seen,
An Elephante in hiding,
On the pages in-between.

The first page is a kitchen,
In a horrid kind of mess,
The story says we have to find,
An Elephante who'll confess.

We look inside a cupboard - Squeak!
But that's a Miamouse,
Perhaps the Elephante,
Is elsewhere in the house?

The next page is a sitting room,
With the chairs all turned about,
That Elephante's in here - Squeak!
There's hardly any doubt!

But no, behind a vase we find,
A happy Puppyblew.
He's not a naughty Elephante,
We'll have to just pass through.

Next we find the bathroom,
And there's toothpaste everywhere!
That naughty little Elephante,
Has even been in here.

What's that reflected in the mirror - Squeak!
Is that an Elephante's big nose?
No, it's just a Plushie Snarhook,
Lying on some clothes.

On the last page is the bedroom,
And this really is a sight,
Is the Elephante in hiding? - Squeak!
Let's turn on the light!

But, the sleepy little Elephante,
Is fast asleep in bed,
Tucked up with his pillows,
And his Angelpuss bedspread.

We should let him sleep now,
He's clearly had a busy day,
We should expect an awful mess,
With an Elephante at play!

A new Elephante colour

The Baby's First Elephante Day

Four tiny feet and two floppy ears,
Big brown eyes with a heart upon her head,
Little fluttery wings upon her back:
This beautiful baby blue can’t be mistaken for red.

Happy most always with the sweetest smile,
But she isn’t afraid to pout and cry!
Does she want a bottle or a pacifier?
Her teardrops come down like the rain in the sky.

Mama Elephante comes to calm her baby.
The little one sniffles and hiccups and grins.
Her Mama rocks her softly and sings a sweet tune.
She got her way with her tantrum; she wins.

Her Mama won’t scold her on this special day
And dresses her in her Baby Polka Dot Dress.
The Baby looks around at all of the Elephantes
In beautiful clothes: they’re dressed to impress!

So, Baby Elephante, enjoy your first one
Of many Happy Elephante Days!
Keep the smile on and the tears at bay,
And for that, you’ll receive much praise.

A Baby Elephante's Tale

I have a Baby Paint Brush,
I won it in a game.
I'm going to use it on my pet,
Who has the perfect name.

I have a little Elephante,
Who needs a lick of paint.
The baby shade will be so great,
From cuteness, you might faint.

I have visited a special place,
The rainbow coloured pool.
My Elephante's now a baby,
And he looks so very cool.

I have used my Baby Paint Brush,
And I'm happy with my choice.
But there's an awful lot of crying,
This baby sure has a loud voice.

I have a Baby Elephante,
And we are the best of friends,
I feed him and I play with him,
And our friendship never ends!

Eating Peanuts

If I had an Elephante
I'd start a peanut garden
As it's their favorite snack
and I'd want to appease them

Then when the harvest was done
there'd be plenty to eat
many peanut snacks
to make peanut treats

There'd be peanut butter
and peanut spread.
shelled salted peanuts
and some peanut bread

Some peanut flavored crackers
and marshmallow peanut bars
a basket of peanuts
if we travel far

Some chocolate covered peanuts
for a candy-type snack
while grooming oneself with
a peanut butter face mask

We'd get some peanut furniture
like a table or a chair
to eat peanut butter and jelly egg cabbage
(Of course, on a dare)

Yes, our home would be full of peanuts
to eat, munch and enjoy
It would be a dream for Elephantes
as we try to find peanut toys.

Baby Elephantes Are the Best!

Owning an Elephante
Wasn’t high on my list,
But the cute Baby Elephante
Is so hard to resist;
With his itty bitty wings
And guileless brown eyes,
He seems to be always 
In a state of surprise.

He’s plump and so huggable,
All a wee one should be,
So it’s hardly difficult
For anyone to see
Why when choosing a Neopet,
He sure makes the cut…
And I’ll get a nice avvie
If he eats a peanut.

The Elephante Herd
