Asparatastic Crunch is my pet's fave,
For days I've had to scrimp and save,
Right to him I bring the dish,
But he looks more like the fish,
He's got a kind of greenish face,
So to the doc with him I race,
I ask, "Will he die?"
The doctor laughs, "When pigs fly!"
It seems my baby has NeoFlu,
And it makes him sleepy and blue,
I take him home and straight to bed,
Where he simply refuses to be fed,
"Baby please, have some soup!"
He just replies, "Yuck... oooph."
Off to the pharmacy is where I run,
I tell ya, sick pets sure aren't any fun,
They say all they have is NeoWart Fungus,
The need for Jelly Pills is just humongous,
I can't use The Wiz - I'm on a Quest!
This day sure isn't turning out to be the best,
So I tell my friend about my sad little plight,
And she sends me a pill during the night!!!
She expects only thanks and knows I'm poor,
This is surely what real friends are for.

Battle Day Blues By The_psychonic_master

I woke up excited
as this was the day,
that little pest across the street
had to pay!

It was just last week
when it looked me in the eye,
then took in a deep breath,
and roasted my Nimmo and I.

But this time it's different,
as I am prepared!
I will march to his house
and I will not be scared!

I took my finest armour
and put it on Nimmo,
as I thought to myself,
"Prepare to pay, Scorchio!"

I searched all over the house
and finally found my Wet Snowballs.
I was planning to throw them,
and make him taste my Wocky's furballs.

As I walked across the street,
I felt a brink of excitement,
I felt myself functioning,
as though it was ignitement.

I got in position
and yelled to my opponent,
"Come out and face me!"
this was the moment.

Out came through the windows,
three Desert Arrows,
they all missed my pets,
but unfortunately, hit my scarecrow.

Then flying straight through the door,
came Scorchio himself,
he was way larger than usual.
He normally looks like an elf!

Apparently, he had stocked
on Supersizes,
I had no hope now,
of claiming his prizes.

With one Scorchio Flame,
he burned me with pain.
As the fire seared all my pets,
I was roasted once again.

Tug-O-War By Keroberosclow

I stand my ground
And pull as hard
As my paws would endure.
As my eyes lock
With the scar covered Jetsam
He smiles and repeats a curse.
A flash temporarily blinds me
And my head swims
In ever so many thoughts.
I nearly lose my grip on the rope
But my instincts pull me on.
I soon recover and vow revenge
By using some magic of my own.
I mutter under my breath
A nasty incantation.
He loses control and that's my cue
To tug with all my might.
I smile smugly
As he trips and falls
Into the river of humiliation.

In Terror Mountain,
the Ice Caves are rocky.
Down in the Kiosk,
there lives a Wocky.

He sells Scratchcards,
by the bunch.
But don't try at noon,
he'll be out to lunch.

On these lucky cards,
there are nine squares.
Scratch the right ones,
and you'll have no cares.

But beware of these cards,
they can make you go broke.
You'll be left with no Neopoints,
not enough for a coke.

If you come across a fortune,
it will make you want to cry.
So go ahead and scratch that card,
give your luck a try.

Ode To The Trading Cards By Freezair

The lunch bell rings
on the isle of mystery
the students escape
from their class (it's History!!!)
in the Training School
they can be strong
but for awhile
they join a throng
it's a Trading Card party!
Isn't it great?
So bring your deck,
and don't be late!
An Eyrie says
to Koi with a grin
"I'll trade for your Blade"
and the Koi lifts a fin,
but a Kacheek bursts through
and gloats over all,
"I've gotta Battle Faerie!"
and the rest feel quite small,
but another Kacheek,
with fur of pure blue,
my very own pet!
"Why, I can top that!
And I'll make a bet!"
She lifts up a deck,
to the rest it she shows,
and through it all,
she thumbs and she searches,
that's just how she goes!
"I've got Tyrela Softpaw,
And Tymora Icewind too,"
"Hey, they's like sisters!"
shouts a small JubJub slew,
"I've got Count Von Roo,
a rather nice find,
And a Battle Faerie..."
"And that's just like mine!"
"Do you have any Holos?"
The Buzz acts so sly,
but my Kacheek's Warf barks
and holds up to the sky,
a Gargox IV card,
from the Vending Machine,
and that old Balthazar,
cool, although mean!
They all stand agape
as my Kacheek adds now,
Mykia, Cally,
Kauvara the Kau,
they're all standing,
they're wanting to trade,
they huddle together,
and a deal is made!
My Kacheek trades a Grakle
for Liandra the swift,
pets are all cheering,
there's a great noise rift,
but the bell rings again,
and all go back inside,
it's not just a hobby,
trading cards are a ride!
