They will make you laugh and play
Even if you paint it grey

The Yurble Farmer Poem

There is a special Yurble, 
Who owns a beautiful farm, 
Found in Meri Acres, 
The fields have so much charm. 

The Yurble Farmer works tirelessly, 
To keep his crops growing strong. 
Planting more fruits and veggies, 
Whilst whistling a catchy song. 

But his yield is always under attack, 
Always being eaten. 
By nasty, greedy, silly Slorgs, 
How can they be beaten? 

Use the farmers deadly machine, 
His trusty old  Slorgiriser X4. 
Zap those pesky Slorgs when they attack, 
I wonder how high you will  score?

Pretty Pink Yurbles

Three Yurble teenagers decided to make a band
They documented their first year in this book
How they conquered water and land
With their music, so take a look.

They wrote songs for young and old,
Their music appreciated by all.
It was for the feeble and the bold,
For everyone, big and small.

Melodies, so catchy and cool.
They were incredible musicians.
To dislike them, you’d be a fool.
Their music was filled with ambition.

Not to mention how charming they were!
Their manes so lovely, so pink
Just by appearing on stage, the crowd was astir.
They made knees weak with only a wink.

Oh, these Yurbles will steal your hearts
With enticing singing and alluring swinging.
They’ll take over the Neopian charts!

Yurble love

When you need a word to describe
a fun and energetic
handsome and unapologetically
loyal and wonderful pet
you needn't look far for the word, just ask
"I'm a Yurble" she'll respond

She'll dance away on graceful feet
and you'll feel inclined to join her
It doesn't matter if faerieland or maraquan
you'll have a grand time with a Yurble

If you don't have one of your own
She'll be rather aghast at the oversight
but not to worry
From blue to green to yellow
A morphing potion will increase
The amount of Yurble love in your life.

Dave the Disco Yurble

Hello my name is Disco Dave,
It is dancing that I crave.
People say I dance a lot,
But stop dancing I cannot.

They say I need a change of color,
Ghost, Grey, or some other.
But I like being Disco Dave,
I love dancing it's my fave!

I normally dance all alone,
Sometimes I wish I had a clone.
My wish comes true every Yurble day,
All the Disco Yurbles come to play!

Us Disco Yurbles will boogie all night,
Right up until the morning light.
Dancing puts a smile on my face,
It's a trait I love to embrace.

A Day in the Life of a Yurble Farmer

Well, you see, I was minding my business,
Just tending to my farm,
When all of a sudden,
The slorgs started to swarm

They slimed all my crops,
The rutabaga, the carrots, the grapes!
My poor veggies and fruits were at their mercy,
There was simply no escape.

So I armed myself for war,
With these dastardly foes.
I grabbed my Slorgiriser X4
To keep them on their toes.

It was time to defend the honor
Of my faithful produce,
And teach these slorgs a lesson,
That my farm wasn’t the place for such abuse!

So I aimed and fired,
Using the best of my Slorg-be-Gone!
And one by one,
They learned to get off my lawn!

It was a lot of hard work,
But I never gave up nor did I back down,
And after a while,
The slorgs had finally left town.

I breathed a sigh of relief,
And then went to pick up my rake.
Because in the life of a Yurble farmer,
No one ever takes a break!

A Grey Yurble's Ode for Acceptance

The world can’t hear Yurbles like me,
But, reader, won’t you hear my plea—
I may look truly tired and dreary,
My pale red eyes may seem unseemly,
But a simple cover does not a book make,
And to judge me on that would be a mistake.

You’d be surprised that my reflection
Does not reflect my predilection
For sunny days and clear blue skies—
My droopy ears can recognize
A peppy song, an upbeat tune
And I could dance all afternoon!

My smile might read as more of a sneer,
My posture states, “I don’t want to be here,”
My fur is matted, my claws unkempt,
My upturned nose just screams “contempt”, 
But meet me once, and you will see
I’m just as gleeful as any pet could be.

So reader, please, go spread the word,
And make the pages of my book heard:
My paint is only one coat deep
And Grey friends are great friends to keep.
