A confident Scorchio takes flight
In the harshest of venues most may know
He knows the heat shant be his plight

While boulders are flung and lava flows
He scowers the caves for precious jewels
While the magma brightly glows
He soars above the molten pools

He dodges, ducks, and dashes
A scorchio without trepidation
Sails through the toxic gases
A knack seen once in a generation

Glubgar, with his fists full of treasure
Emerges from the volano's chute
With bravery one could not measure
He soars happily home with his loot

High in the sky, above clouds they dare
Over the ocean, with no fear to spare
Parting the winds, in pure fervour
Every Scorchio, making viewers clamour
 
Yet to partake on this joyful day
Only the little ones have yet to wake
Until then, tucked in they stay
 
Hailing as the weather might be outside
All come together and breath as one
Voicing the desire for light to come
Ever colourful flames bringing all pride
 
As the clouds finally part their way
Fanned by excitement, and ready to play
Uniting the edges of the foreign lands
No one can reach as tall as it stands
 
Scorchios jolt up, to the edge of the sky
Colouring the rainbow, with brushes they fly
Only teamwork can achieve this task
Riding the infinite, in awe they bask
Changing the look of an entire world
Hearing the praise of the pets below
On this day to celebrate their coming
On their smiles shines a glow
 
Daunting personas, and great comrades
All Scorchios, on this day, celebrate
You for coming to this festive parade

Observe the Fine Scorchio

Observe the Scorchio, strong and fierce,
Like fire, burning bright;
Don't try to make them mad, or else,
They're gonna come to fight!

Observe him flying, fast and free,
With graceful, tender sway;
Not rain nor hail shall halt his flight,
Regardless of the day!

Observe him eat his fav'rite foods,
And down them with such force!
From tasty meat to leafy greens,
All foods does he adore!

Scorchio Forest Archer

Out in the glade, away from town,
There is a huntress of great renown,
Her pinpoint aim is the surest,
She's the Scorchio Archer of the Forest.

As she glides from tree to tree,
Her vibrant locks dance in the breeze,
Those pretty, elegant ringlets,
Adorned by braids and a spike circlet.

Her clothing made from rich fabrics,
Enchanted with faerie magics,
A silken tunic, a fine vest,
And matching boots complete the set.

She wields a bow carved from wood,
Her aim is accurate, true and good,
A single arrow is all she needs,
While calmy waiting amongst the trees.

If you happen to spot a sapphire blur,
In the forest, it might just be her,
That quick and agile huntress,
She's the Scorchio Archer of the Forest.

Scorchio Party up in the Sky

Scorchios of Neopia, come here, let's celebrate, 
your big day is today, better not be late! 
We'll meet in the clouds above the Faerieland
and will later see the Twisted Roses band! 

Everything is now prepared here for you, 
starting with balloons in red, yellow, blue. 
Try not to scorch them with your fire breath, 
but: It's your day, hurray - just cause a mess! 

Fly around with Scorchio friends, Shoyrus and Draiks, 
maybe stop at the buffet, just for short breaks. 
I'm curious which food you will all devour... 
I bet the layer cake won't survive the first party hour. 

Once it gets late and the evening slowly comes,
we'll hear the rolling of the Twisted Roses drums. 
New Scorchio colours are ready to be revealed, 
as always, they are strictly hidden and sealed. 

Everybody tries to guess which ones we'll see, 
hoping that there might even be three! 
Burlap, Toy, Maractite, Origami, Transparent and Mosaic... 
those are great choices, so the tension is big!

Amarna the Scorchio and Word Pyramid

Once upon a time in an abandoned tomb,
Stumbled Amarna in a particular room.
There he stood in wonderment and awe,
Tiles with letters firmly on a wall.

Shaped as a pyramid these tiles took,
To form words he had to take a good look.
That's when he heard the sound of sand,
Rapidly increasing undoubtedly unplanned.

Amarna the Scorchio discovering quickly,
Had to spell words without error clearly.
Tiles disappeared after forming words,
Everything counted - nouns and verbs.

By good fortune, Amarna was able to flee,
Right in time before he was almost buried.
Thus the game Word Pyramid was created,
Despite Amarna's warnings that were stated.

As time passed, Neopians continued to play,
Amarna watched over assuring all was at bay.
If one ever found they cannot spell a word,
He will come to save before the sand incurred.

The Auctioneer

Eagerly in wait for what's in stock.
An eclectic array found on display,

So much to take in, upon your first visit;
Blink too slowly, and that item--you'll miss it.
Though worry not, as there's one to assist--
A goofy fellow to give you a gist.

Donning a visor and vest, we know him best
To be our winged friend put up to the test
Of ensuring each bid goes smoothly through,
As the sound of his gavel resonates true.

There's no other Scorchio I know
With the same level of tact and flow.
His trademark phrase, echoes so bold:
"Going once, going twice--and sold!"

He works away through each day and night,
With dedication truly a sight.
For each patron's sake, he's fixed to his station,
So for him, let's show our appreciation!

Glubgar the Tyrannian Scorchio

He is a curious Tyrannian,
that tried to cross the fiery volcano.

Precious gems are his goal,
bearing any lavas get thrown his way. 

Float up Meepits rocks can be seen,
scattered bubbles help to shield.

Challenging game what Volcano Run is,
hair pulling, head-smacking it truly is.

That elusive avatar always delude you,
for it is one of the hardest to get through.

But that's for another storytelling,
as for now, Glubgar is the champion.
