Basic Shoyru Hues

The red Shoyru flies high in the sky,
Watching the Neopians meander below,
All of the time wondering why,
They seem to move so very, very slow.

The blue Shoyru sits by the lake,
Watching the Kiko Tours pass through,
Wondering how they manage to stay awake,
Amidst the relaxing, slumberous blue.

The green Shoyru in the forest stays,
Enjoying the breeze and the emerald hues,
It's so beautiful he could sit here for days,
A love for nature that he'll never lose.

The yellow shoyru basks in the sun,
Absorbing its glorious radiant rays,
Enjoying that the day has just begun,
As the sun glows so brightly ablaze. 

All of these colours may seem basic to you,
But they all are beautiful both in spirit and hue.
This Shoyru day please give them a chance,
They are so much more than they seem at first glance.

The Coffee Cave Barista

Take a visit to the Coffee Cave Cafe,
With tantalizing scents that beckon your stay.
If you crave a beverage on any given day,
This local gem is best for every gourmet.

A staple of many's daily routines,
But deep inside there lies a queen,
A Shoyru running a kingdom of tea,
and of course coffee, her speciality.

Yet still there's so much more to see;
You can grab yourself a bubble tea.
Or should you find yourself cold at night,
A warm borovan's closely insight.

Found in the Art Centre, aptly is she,
A striving artist, from what I can see.
Hand-crafted drinks, made with passion sincere;
Those dazzling drinks, her medium is clear.

There's no other barista reputable as she,
For any kind of beverage, you'll ever need.
You'll be in awe from what this Shoyru can do,
So now come on by for a signature brew.

Shoyru, My First Friend

I relish in the soft green of Neopian grounds below me.

The Halloween Shoyru

The Halloween Shoyru,
A colour known to few.
A red that shines bright,
And a personality of fright. 

He carries a pitchfork,
Much better than a torch,
Two horns above his head,
A sight truly to dread!

He flies over the town,
Smiling and looking around.
Who will he prank next?
The hard part is to select.

Walking merrily is a Kacheek,
"Boo!" - Petrified, she squeaks.
The Halloween Shoyru preens,
He was on a roll - victim fifteen.

He decides to stop for the day,
So his favourite part is not delayed.
Eating candy corn and other treats,
Made him feel whole and complete.

Shoyru Shopkeeper of Terror Mountain

In Terror Mountain sits an Ice Crystal shop
Located deep in the cold on the mountain top
The friendliest Shoyru greets guests with a grin
It sure is cold outside but feels warm within

The Shoyru shopkeeper is orange and short
He cares for his business and cleans for sport
Snuggled up warm in his green sweater
Honestly, he doesn’t mind the cold weather

Upon the walls you’ll find weapons made of ice
For sale if you’re willing to pay the right price
Weapons of magic from the Ice Caves walls
Will surely help you win the hardest of brawls

There are snowflakes, snowballs, and a snow flame
Many options to put your opponent to shame
An ice shield, ice crystal ball, and ice ring
Your Neopet will be crowned the battledome king

A draik but small, 
I want them all! 
A cutesy & charming dragon,
With majestic wings to fly!
Reach for the skies!

Today, we celebrate the day of the Shoyru!
A wonderful celebration,
The flame of the Shoyru,
is the light of the party
Like a burning, melting flickering candle
Only some can handle!

Oh, Shoyru. 
Please enjoy your special day,
Because you just make me want to scream out
"YAY!"

Yes Boy Ice Cream

When I scream, and you scream,
It’s actually for Yes Boy Ice Cream!
Standing front row at their famous show;
Singing their songs from the crowd below.

Every band member is a Shoyru, no less,
A different colour, so who’s who is no guess.
Neon green triangle shades on their face,
From somewhere cooler in outer space.

Dancing and singing to their beat,
Everyone in the crowd is stamping their feet.
It’s a shame their show isn’t every day,
I would buy tickets and happily pay.

Instead, I’ll settle to watch as a special treat,
Splurging to watch them in a special suite.
I can’t wait until I can watch them once more,
And see if they’ll have new songs in store.

Kelby, Bubbler for the Jubs

Kelby the Shoyru is racing around
Saving the JubJubs from hitting the ground.
Their small coral bodies need instant deflection
So he jumped at the call to provide some protection.

The sweet Maraquan Shoyru had noticed their plight,
As they fell through the water without power of flight.
Their scared, concerned faces stirred warmest compassion,
And he began blowing bubbles in spectacular fashion.

He shoots up protective orbs of warm air
Avoiding their painful, uncomfortable scare. 
The JubJub’s small faces showed warmest surprise
And Kelby became friends with all of those guys.

The day saved, they all join in joyous admiration,
Of Kelby their saviour, who had secured their safe station.
He helped keep Maraqua a safe home for all,
And when a savior was needed, he answered the call.

Shoyru's Mountain Climb

Up a mountain 
climbed the Shoyru.
The higher he got, 
the better the view.
A Tyrannian village
sat down below,
Where his mother and father
watched him go.
Up and up
he climbed ever faster,
worrying to himself,
"This might be a disaster"

He pushed the thought
out of his mind
as he tiredly finished
the arduous climb.

From the top,
he was met with a view.
It seemed the whole village,
was watching him too.

He spread his wings
and furrowed his brow.
This was it.
The time was now!

Off he fell...
No, off he FLEW!
He made it! He did it!
His family cheered,
"We're so proud of you!!"

An Ode to Elbin

Every Yooyuball season,
the Shoyru Elbin Kroe
is one of the most talented
players that I know
He rules each game with
 much skill and speed
A valued Faerieland
team player, indeed!
I loudly cheer
alongside other fans:
“Go Elbin, GO!”
I shout out from the stands
Though other good players 
on the field there may be
I almost  watch him most closely
Since it’s Shoyru Day, 
I write this special ode
 to an MVP named Kroe
but GO, Shoyrus, GO!”
