KYRII DAY SPECIAL
A Kyrii Parade!
by Snowglace
Across Neopia and closer to home,
A parade of Kyrii tirelessly roam.
While they wander from here to there,
They like to brush their exquisite hair!
One royal pretty-blue-girl Kyrii,
Two pirate sailin'-the-world Kyrii;
Three cute stuffed-in-plush Kyrii,
Four baby mama-says-hush Kyrii.
Five disco just-dance-along Kyrii,
Six elderly hum-a-song Kyrii;
Seven grey wipe-that-frown Kyrii,
Eight faerie please-come-down Kyrii.
The rest then follow, four by four,
Robots, zombies, and many more!
What a sight! What a crowd!
If I were a Kyrii I'd be so proud!

The Unfortunate Zombie Kyrii Mage
by Sugarypixiestix2
In the middle of the night he struggled,
unable to sleep as his thoughts juggled.
He was a powerful mage but felt flawed,
being mortal made him feel like a fraud.
The Kyrii decided that, starting tonight,
he'd find a way to conquer this blight.
Immortality would be his no matter what,
knowing this by the feeling in his gut.
This mage searched through every scroll,
and every spell book under his control.
Each day ended with a hint of sorrow,
but he went on with hopes for tomorrow.
At long last one rainy day he found it,
a potion that put him in a joyful fit.
Gathering the ingredients in a hurry,
being so excited his mind was blurry.
As soon as it was done he drank it down,
and after he did so he started to frown.
The effects of the potion came on quick,
which hit him as hard as a stone brick.
Looking at himself, he shook his head,
as he was now a member of the undead.
Being that he had done this on his own,
he stood there and just let out a groan.

Listen To The Island Mystic
by Blessed_faerie
Whenever I'm facing a problem,
Or need to hear something nice.
I rely on the Island Mystic
To give me quality advice.
He's a mysterious island Kyrii,
Who's as old as he is wise.
If you look at him very closely,
You'll see ancient knowledge in his eyes.
He lives on Umbuku Island,
In his private little shack.
Once you meet him for the first time
You'll keep coming back.
The things he says are obscure;
You'll have to figure out what they mean.
I quite enjoy the puzzles, so remember:
Things are never what they seem.
I'll tell you what he told me today,
And tomorrow, again, I'll go back.
It's up to you to decipher the meaning:
"You will slowly decide to stop wearing a hat."

Don't Touch A Kyrii's Hair
by Pifflish
You can hug and kiss a Kyrii
Just to show him that you care,
But follow this important rule:
Don't touch a Kyrii's hair.
You can poke and prod a Kyrii
And most Kyrii won't complain,
But if you know what's good for you,
Don't touch a Kyrii's mane.
For they brush it and they comb it,
Then they style it all day long;
If you think you can mess it up,
Then you are thinking wrong!
You can pet and pat a Kyrii
Without adding to his stresses,
But you will have a problem
If you try to touch his tresses.
So, if you love your Kyrii,
Tell him so with pomp and flair,
But even with your Kyrii friend --
Don't touch a Kyrii's hair!

King Jazan (Written By King Jazan, Crashed By Hanso)
by Comawhite333
This is for the most regal of Kyrii,
The noblest king in all of the land;
Ruling others with a most gracious hand.
[Hanso]
Very funny, Jazan,
But don't you mean a cheating hand?
[Jazan]
Good grief, not again.
Do you have to hijack everything I do?
You're making me angry,
Now be done with you!
[Hanso]
Not today, dearest of friends.
I'd like to join you
Until this poem ends.
I won't interfere in your exaggerations;
I just want to join you
For today's celebrations.
[Jazan]
Fine, you dimwit.
Just keep out of my way!
Every one's here to listen to what
I've got to say.
Continuing on...
He's skilled in dark magic
With an intellect that's legendary,
Playing the key role
In saving the faeries.
[Hanso]
Ahem, I believe you're mistaken,
Because that dashing guy was me.
You don't really think
People buy that baloney?
[Jazan]
You are a rogue and a thief;
The truth is something
You know nothing about.
Like getting a job,
You thieving slob!
[Hanso]
Ha! Ha! Funny.
You really need some coaching to be cool.
You're such an epic bore,
Just listening to your lies
Is an exhausting chore...
[Jazan]
Alright! That's it!
You leave me no choice!
A-combre Choo! I've taken your voice!
[Hanso]
*muffled*
[Jazan]
I'll end this by saying
Happy Kyrii Day to me!
For I've finally put Hanso in his rightful place
For all to see.

Kyrii's Fashion
by Choopinho
Kyrii are fashionable,
from their toe to their hair.
They always look beautiful
with everything they wear.
Their hair can be long,
short, black, or blue,
but they need to take care
and wash with a lot of shampoo.
They love lipstick,
jewelry, and makeup.
They like everything
that makes their beauty go up.
Wearing nice shoes,
a background, and pretty dress,
in any contest they enter
Kyrii surely impress.
Kyrii can help you dress up,
they can be your best friend,
and wherever there are Kyrii
there will be a happy end.

The Chocolate Kyrii
by Tyuio_k50
They nibble! They chew!
They munch and they bite!
A treat for a Petpet
Is a chocolate Kyrii's fright!
Sugar! Frosting!
Sprinkles and cremes!
The Petpets chew!
The Kyrii screams!
He runs! He hides!
He tries to fight and defend,
But the Petpets' hunger...
It never seems to end!
"I'll grant you one blessing,"
The Fountain Faerie said,
"Choose one brand-new colour,"
"Like plushie, or red."
"I know!" the Kyrii said,
"If I'm yellow, I'll taste like mustard!"
But sadly, for him,
The faerie heard custard...
*POOF* He was custard!
The Petpets came and ate,
"I'll grant you one more blessing,
Before it's too late!"
"How about Tyrannian?" he asked,
"They won't eat me if I'm smelly!"
But sadly, for him,
The faerie heard jelly...
*POOF* He was jelly!
The Petpets ate and did a dance,
The Fountain Faerie shouted:
"I'll give you one last chance!"
"Can you change me gold?" he asked,
"So I won't taste like brisket?"
But sadly, for him...
The faerie heard biscuit.

Bad Hair Day
by Ragecandybar
Most young Kyrii are quite well known
For glossy manes and locks that flow,
But now imagine a tangled mess;
A Kyrii's hair not at its best.
I’ll tell you now it’s quite the sight
To see frizzy locks, a groomer’s fright!
No comb can tame the matted knot,
Shampoo can’t ease this fur distraught.
Time will tell if the hair can mend;
A Kyrii’s shame to see split-ends.
Mootix and Pinchits would surely infest
If they came upon such a rumpled nest.
How could a Kyrii treat its hair with disdain?
Even King Jazan tends to his mane.
Surely, Capara would show you her hand
If you tried to ruin her red tresses grand.
There is only one way the hair can be saved,
It needs a snip and a trim
To grow back remade.
After a visit to the Uni’s salon,
That long Kyrii hair is all but gone!
Good thing most Kyrii love their furry cascades,
For there is no greater fear
Than a bad hair day!

Kyrii Of The Dance
by Geneames1
The dancer steps upon the stage,
Theatre lights grow dim,
He takes a low and graceful bow
And all eyes are on him.
As the music starts to swell,
The dancer sways in time,
He leaps and spins and claps his hands,
His movements are sublime.
The Kyrii tells a stirring tale
Of lost love and romance,
The start, the end, and all between
Are told within the dance.
Cheers and applause begin to swell,
The Kyrii smiles to show he's heard
The accolades bestowed on him,
Which are rapturous and well-deserved.

The Stealthy Kyrii
by Indulgences
The stealthy Kyrii's clothed in black
And crowned with crimson hair.
Don't try to track his furtive moves,
He simply won't be there.
A mask envelops his sly grin,
His blue eyes wink and gleam.
Don't try to capture him at all,
This Kyrii is a dream.
A golden buckle on his belt
Is glimmering and bright.
His sole adornment, it is such
A splendid, striking sight.
The stealthy Kyrii's gorgeous, and
He's proud and regal, too,
But he'll elude your eager grasp.
He's someone to pursue.
He does not steal coins from the poor.
The rich are his true aim.
He pilfers coins, then disappears.
It is his favorite game.
He leaves the money at the doors
Of sick and poor alike.
He's such a crafty, cunning one,
You won't know when he strikes.
Don't worry over missing cash.
He gives it all away
To others who deserve it most.
He might help YOU someday!
