What is a Grarrl’s favorite food?
Tricky question, depends on my mood.
For even though I’ll eat anything,
I only like what makes my heart sing.

I start my day with a bowl of NeoCrunch,
Before feasting on a Juppie Omelette for lunch,
An Apple Jelly Apple for a snack,
*grumble* What’s this? Something lacks!

When my tummy grumbles, I’ll usually grab a Negg,
And chase it with one of Skarl’s Turkey Legs,
If that’s not enough, I’ll munch on some Mano Root,
And wash it down with juice of Doughnutfruit.

But why stop there? A Grarrl eats all!
Novas and Codestones leave me enthralled.
Once I even ate, a Bony Grarrl Club,
But don’t tell my owner, he still feels snubbed!

Yet the truth of my taste? 
It’s not in the bite—
It’s the thrill of the feast,
That fills me with delight!

The Myth of the Chocolate Chia

Many years ago, a little Weewoo
whispered in my ear a secret so soft.
If I wanted to make the others coo
and fawn over me and lift me aloft,

then I must follow a special diet -
one very restrictive and hard to match.
Against doctor's orders I must so eat
only one thing, 'til the colour does catch.

Can you guess what it is, this food for me?
It ranges in colour from black to white,
sweet to the tongue or bitter it may be,
dark and velvety, or fluffy and light.

Chocolate! Eat it day out and day in!
Trigger a transformation to begin!

Now whether this advice was false or true
I had no way to know, I had no proof.
So there was nothing else that I could do
than follow the prescription like a goof.

Every day I ingested the treats -
pure chocolate, not mixed or added in -
until I could no longer taste the sweet
and all I wanted was to see the end.

Imagine: no cakes, no biscuits, just straight
chocolate in bars or in various shapes,
but nothing else that can ease the palate.
How long would you last, 'fore it starts to chafe?

I read'ly admit, I didn't succeed.
Turns out, that colour wasn't a great need...

Mop, mop, mop!
All day, mopping mud and dirt,
The Petpets make a mess as they play and hop.
No wonder this Yurble acts so curt!

Minitheus stomps around without a care!
Alabriss flings dirt with every flap of a wing!
Vaeolus zips so quickly through the air,
Altalaphus' bouncing is overwhelming!

Mop and swish, the Janitor's plight,
Cleaning up after these rowdy Petpets.
It truly is an endless fight,
From the sun rising to when it sets!

But wait, he's got something up his sleeve:
A brand new mop with new strength and speed,
Keeping up with the dirt these Petpets leave,
His job in the hall is important indeed!

So he'll splash them with water from afar,
And swing his mop as they pass by.
But they keep coming through doors ajar,
Sneaking past him, acting so sly!

Round and round the battle goes,
If only these Petpets played outside!
The Janitor's determination only grows,
He won't stop until he's satisfied!

When you next visit Altador,
Be sure to pay your respects at the Heroes' Hall.
Including the Yurble Janitor,
Who may be the hardest working of them all!

How she managed, how could she?
Entombing all the free Faeries,
tricking thieves and duping guards;
sowing trust was hardly hard.

Ever clever, whether weather -
storm or stone - rained down upon
the place she'd wreaked such havoc on:
Land of Faeries plunged on down,
besmirched and sunken to the ground.

Speckled and bespectacled,
visage left none so skeptical
than those who aided in her path,
come under fire by her wrath.

Gone and gone but not forgot.
Most feared Xweetok left to rot
a simulacrum, fate unknown
even to the Faeries' throne.

The Invasion of Tyrannia

Once upon a time,
Tyrannia lived in isolation.
Life was just sublime,
Long before a brutal invasion.

Chombies munched on leaves,
And conversed in Ugg-ga.
They never expected the thieves,
That would come from afar.

Then – a sudden earthquake 
Ripped up Terror Mountain.
Neopians now wide awake,
Discovered a lava fountain.

The fissure cooled down,
And formed a new passage.
What were these jungle sounds–
Were they some sort of message?

It did not take very long,
‘Til Myncha met unfriendly strangers.
He sensed something was wrong,
Tyrannia suddenly faced danger.

First there were Korbat Scouts,
Followed by an army.
A wild war cry rang out,
Yet Tyrannia did not flee.

Neopets from across Neopia,
Came to save the day.
Chia Bombers and Skeith Invaders,
Were fiercely chased away.

A tall and fearsome monster,
Ploughed through everyone.
The scary Monoceraptor,
Just could not be outrun.

Tyrannia would surely fall,
Defeated were all the troops.
A Neopet came to save them all,
One single lone brave Lupe.

My Support Xweetok

Whenever I've had a bad day or two.
My Xweetok has always been there for me, 
She's the one I go running to.

Her fur is soft, 
For hugs it's the best.

To get my mind off things,

The Snowager's Lair

I had a quest that was risky for sure
A glorious treasure I meant to procure
From no less than the infamous Snowager;
There's no other creature so tempting to badger.

I dreamt of the day of seizing a rare book
Or perhaps I'd find something for Bonju to cook.
My goal in mind, I made the snowy climb
Waiting for the proper time to commit my crime.

Eager, I snuck a peek into his sinister lair;
Behold, he was asleep and I tiptoed with care.
What I surveyed was far more wealth than I foresaw:
Plushies, potions, and wands! I took them in claw.

My arms were filling and I still searched for more
When my reverie was snapped by a piercing roar.
Expecting to leave with Neggs or wearable wings
All I earned was a visit to the Healing Springs.
