The Red Zafara was working away.
Her spells and magic were never planned,
But the effects were here to stay.

With her flowy blue cape and her pointy hat,
She scrambled to find her next ingredient.
She’d always aim for the toughest spells,
And of course it was never convenient.

She took pride and joy in her little jars,
Filling them carefully with magic dirt.
Some of her spells weren’t guaranteed,
But a chance could never hurt.

Pets lined up outside of her door,
Ready to gulp down bubbly potions.
They’d trust her wit and determination,
They could tell Kayla had so much devotion.

So next time you visit Meridell’s castle,
Pay our little Zafara a visit.
You may quickly heal or get a little stronger,
You sure won’t want to miss it!

In all the games we play,
That’s the Zafara Princess,
Her likeness is here to stay.

Once a slimy little Mortog, 
A kiss unsealed her fate, 
A princess she quickly became,
With gold and silver plates.

Her fur is Green with a yellow tint, 
A lavender gown in the Royal style,
Her eyes dazzle like the lakes of Neopia,
Once transformed, she was surprised for a while!

A Neopian Prince undid the spell,
That kept her in the slippery state.
This Zafara became an icon quick, 
But her graciousness is her best trait.

She still enjoys her Mortog friends,
She watches the lily pads for a time.
On Brightvale’s lands she finds her peace,
Now that she has left behind the slime.

This Zafara Princess is a diamond indeed,
A Neopian Faerietale come to be,
The spell was broken and so it seems,
This Zafara Princess is forever free.

He’s always down for a quick run,
Whether it’s on his legs or a ship,
Ace Zafara is ready for any trip!

Star character of his own game,
Probably the reason you know his name, 
You may have seen him in Super Race,
If you were able to keep up with his pace!

Ace Zafara actually plays a game within another game,
Probably the reason he’s becoming such a household name,
Surely you’ve heard of Advert Attack,
Where the evil advertisements strike back! 

The goal is to win as Ace,
Before the Robot who is competing finishes the race,
However you will have some trouble on the side,
Making for quite the wild ride!

As the game progresses Ace Zafara has to deal with more issues,
Not worth crying over though so you won’t need tissues,
Just a little trickier for you to win,
However you have what it takes within! 

So focus up and don’t lose sight,
Ace Zafara speeds through day and night.
Most of all, just have some fun—
After all, that’s rule number one!

I come to you daily, with eagerness abound,
Ready to embark on a quest-filled journey. 

Behind your boiling and bubbling cauldron
You lure Neopians in with an enticing offer:
“Hunt for the missing spell ingredients,
A treat I will reward you when it is over.”

And surely for every one, two, or three items
I bring to you at your earnest request,
A curious spooky food reward you’ll give,
Its taste is perhaps questionable at best. 

But that is not the sweet reward I seek,
For only one thing will satisfy my desire:
The ever elusive tiny square of pixels

Superstition or not? We may never know.

Soon the adverts will start to attack
And you will have to start fighting back
This Zafara just wants to sprint faster
While you are turning into the advert blaster

The Race Robot is starting to catch up
It seems it’s time to type nopopups
The finish line finally appears
The Zafara smiles through the crowd of cheers

The Zafara (Turned Mortog) Princess

The Zafara Princess once a Mortog be,
(A slimy greeniferous one was she),
From being demure and pretty bourgeoisie,
She was dealt a froggy reality.

Was the princess enraged? Most certainly!
But alarm soon trumped it at max degree -
Her tongue was too spindly for repartee
Much less for forming a desperate plea.

So this Zafara-turned-Mortog lady,
Waited for he of princely pedigree
To grant her a kiss most meaningfully
That'll transform her back into royalty.

A fine prince appeared eventually,
And, with a smooch of regal quality,
Reshaped her into a Zafara shapely,
And they rode off together happily.

The Potion Brewing Contest

Though all Zafaras deserve their special day,
Two decided to celebrate in their own way.
One from the castle and one from the trees,
Set to prove whose skills most came with ease.

Yes, Edna and Kayla were an unlikely pair,
But none can deny either's potion-making flair.
But when such similarities are addressed,
There comes the desire to prove who's best.

Edna had brought a recipe most foul,
Surely Kayla would throw in the towel.
Sloshing and frothing and bubbles and gloop,
Edna worked hard on her malodorous soup.

Kayla meanwhile was taking her time,
To ensure her brew did not become slime.
Her chosen recipe was rather unique,
One with a very particular technique.

Edna knew well of Kayla's war history,
Sure she had cracked her opponent's mystery.
Edna presented a potion of growing,
Sure even Kayla would be impressed with her showing.

But sly Kayla as well had done her research,
For her recipe she did not have to search.
Kayla had prepared a potion of laughter,
One that Edna had once sought after.

For her trial Edna chose a Turtum to try,
To watch it grow to an enormous size.
The Turtum drank the potion down with a squelch,
Stayed the same size, then let out a belch.

Kayla meanwhile drank her own brew,
But she suddenly felt nothing but rue.
Like Edna Kayla wanted to turn invisible,
Which made the situation surprisingly risible.

Neither witch had come out ahead,
But at least they'd had some fun instead.
Edna and Kayla, both alchemic sages,
Had had a Zafara Day for the ages!

Zina the Zafara

Light and quick on her feet,
Zina wins her prize:
A fresh batch of Tchea treats,
The merchant, none the wise.

The bounty shared with her crew
At the Desert Scarabs den,
But Horace has something new,
A plan for fortunes once again.

Her buddy has this great scheme
To find a precious relic:
A Scorchstone of golden gleam,
And riches sure to be epic.

They'd sneak by ruins so ancient,
Of cities lost to time and sand.
Old traps and snares still a threat
For those without a steady hand.

Between the sharpened spike pits
And perilous piercing arrows,
Without Zina's quick wits
Their chances would be narrow.

Carefully they must evade
Fiery flames in their path,
But maybe a pressure plate
Could spare them from its wrath?

Dodging Scarabugs that bite
And mummies pried from their sleep,
Collecting all the coins on sight
En route to the prize they seek.

And once Horace finds the treasure
Zina leads them out, no objection.
While his plan was great, she assures,
He's hopeless at directions.

Christmas Zafara

Of all the Pets from A to Z,
Zafara is by far the best.
Of course they each have their qualities,
but Zafara's have been blessed.

If it's a Morphing Potion that you seek,
well then I must confess...
you will have to pay quiet a fee,
to catch up to the rest.

Once that's done; it's not all bleak,
a Paint Brush must be addressed.
Unfortunately, this also isn't free,
but please don't start to stress.

There's so many colours as you can see
a full range of Paint Brushes to access.
Don't let those prices make you flee,
for I'll have you saying 'Yes!'

Christmas gives me so much glee,
and the price you'd never guess.
How cheap painting your Pet can be,
will have you puffing out your chest!
