Hints and Tips

In a word - WOW. This Experienced Neopet is not only a Holo, but has one of the best equipment-related bonuses of all the cards so far. Why bother with Grarrl Guard who only gets a +1 bonus for all Weapons and Armour, when you can simply double the bonus!

The Draik Soldier has solid stats as well, especially in the Strength and Intelligence arenas. Although he still will find it hard to stand up against the Grarrl Gladiator, a couple of basic equipment cards will send his stats through the roof. Vira's Dagger will give a +10 bonus in two arenas, and the combination of Jeran's Sword and Jeran's Armour can be very powerful indeed. This card is very, very versatile indeed in a deck heavy with weapons and armour.

Other cards that could work in combination include Woodland Bow (giving the soldier a +10 to Agility). Illusen's Staff will not only give +6 to Magic, but +2 to Intelligence for every card in your hand. Finally, Jhudora's Wand will give a staggering +16 to Magic and +24 to Intelligence when played on a Draik Solder.

Draiks are unusually lucky too. In this new expansion set there are a couple of cards that benefit Draiks more than other Neopets (although you'll have to wait to find out about them!)
